Kert Fu is a full-time REALTOR®.  Kert's comprehensive knowledge of the real estate business, since he joined the industry in 2006, is also credentialed by a professional Certified General Accountant (C.G.A.) designation of B.C. and Canada Associations that he was certified and attained in 1999.  In addition to Kert's C.G.A. designation, Kert attained a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Simon Fraser University in 1996. Kert's marketing applications and financing knowledges have helped his clients in fufilling and achieving their real estate goals, as well as meeting their financial needs.  Most importantly, Kert Fu is dedicated to providing the highest ethical and service standards to his clients.

Kert's first language is English, followed by Cantonese and Manadarin.

Elaine Shu, REALTOR®: PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES

Since starting the real business business in 2008, Elaine Shu is dedicated to providing the highest ethical and services standards to clients, as can be proven by earning numerous repeat businesses from previous clients.  Elaine is also a full-time REALTOR®.  Elaine has gained extensive negotiation experience and communication skills to attain the highest possible selling prices for clients, while maintaining respectful and cooperative relationships with other REALTORS®. 

In addition, Elaine has gained extensive marketing experience in order to enhance the sales of client's homes in the shortest time period.  Furthermore, Elaine has always maintained good licensees standing with The Real Estate Board.  In addition to English, Elaine is fluent in both Mandarin and Taiwanese.

Both Kert and Elaine Shu recently decided to combine their full-time real estate businesses that would enable them to provide even higher level of services to their clients.

2.  Kert, with an honor, is a member of the Federal Government's Brookfield Global Relocation Services (GRS) Directory, that he can serves Canadian Forces, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and Public Service Employees and Members with relocation real estate services.  The authorization to serve the Federal Government Employees and Members can only be recommended by Federal Government Employees and Members clients who were satisfied with the real estate services provided to them in order to be part of the Directory. 

The Directory gives an opportunity in assisting potential Canadian Forces, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and Public Service Employees and Members from other provinces with relocation services into B.C. or relocation out of B.C. to other provinces successfully and smoothly.  Foremost, it is an honor and a great privilege to serve all the Federal Government Employees and Members who work hard for this great country of ours.

3.  Kert, with an honor, has been re-appointed again as Member Readmission Committee in The Certified General Accountants (C.G.A.) Association of B.C. for 2012.  The nature as a volunteer as part of the Committee is to objectively review applications with impartial considerations for approvals for readmission into the Association.
